Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join one of our prestigious clients based in Portsmouth. This position will support the department and be responsible for processing and preparing financial information to management level.
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales ledger function for multiple subsidiaries
- Produce sales reports in preparation for the management accounts
- Prepare monthly variance reports to produce a final invoice or credit note
- Support with processing monthly payroll and submission of HMRC reports and monthly pension
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Good systems expertise, including Sage and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, highly organized and ability to prioritise accordingly
