Finance Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to support the accounts team with invoicing and financial duties within the company for a privately owned £70mil t/o business based on the outskirts of Fareham. This position will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and complete all assigned tasks efficiently for month-end.
The Role:
- Managing the invoicing function for the business
- Process weekly & monthly BACS runs and send remittances
- Maintaining financial databases and ensuring client accounts are updated
- Issuing debit or credit notes and ensuring credit terms are up to agreed levels
- Supporting the Sales & Purchase Ledger function with general administrative duties
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to use their own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
