Full Time- Permanent
£20,000-£25,000 P/A + Full Company Benefits

Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator who has supported the operational side of the business, specialising in working with Transport, Health & Safety, and Facilities Management.

The Role:
  • Support the operations team with all Health & Safety, Facilities Management, and Transport
  • Monitor and maintain all maintenance of company vehicles, grey fleet, and other transport plant assets.
  • Build effective relationships both internally, externally, and with third parties.
  • Arrange and assist with training for all staff within the transport department, first aid and IOSH Be the go-to person for all health and safety management
  • Ensure all documentation are kept up to date and in line with legislation and action when compliance needs to be carried out
  • Work closely with the Office Management, assisting with operation tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have experience working within a similar role supporting the Facilities, H&H, and Transport departments
  • You must be a proactive individual who uses their initiative to get things done!
  • You must handle pressure well as you will work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • You need to be incredibly efficient with attention to detail!
  • You’ll need to have great IT skills with the ability to use multiple databases and spreadsheets at one time.
