Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a full time Experienced Customer Services Advisor for a growing, innovative company in Fareham.
This is fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business that can offer exciting progression opportunities to the right candidate!
- Receiving incoming calls from customers and answering thier enquiries
- Making outbound calls and returning calls to customers
- Assisting customers via web chat and email
- Making recommendations to customers regarding additional products and services relevant to their enquiry
- Working to ensure customer retention wherever possible
- Day to day administration tasks
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 2pm until 11pm!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous office based/call centre based customer services experience
- Must have a confident telephone manner and good written communication skills
- Will need to be comfortable working on a computer and using web chat
- Must have good attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
- Will need to be enthusiastic and persuasive at times!
You can access the offices by car or public transport, however due to the finish times please only apply if you are able to travel home after 11pm without issue!
