Experienced Customer Services Advisor - Technology/IT Company
£16,000 - £17,500 P/A (experience depending) + Benefits
Full Time - Permanent - Monday to Friday
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a technology services company in Fareham who is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
- Working to identify ways the business can improve through responses received in customer surveys
- Building up strong customer rapport to contribute to customer retention and always ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling a variety of inbound enquiries and any escalated issues where required
- Looking at customer survey responses and putting together information to be used at monthly management meetings
- Daily administration duties and responding to emails
This role is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week. You will work a combination of three shifts Monday to Friday which are:
8am - 4:30pm, 9am - 5:30pm or 10am - 6:30pm.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous office based customer service experience - any experience in a Technology/IT/Software/Communications company would be hugely advantageous!!
- Must be a strong team player
- Will need to be able to use own initiative to make decisions
- Must be able to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Must have good IT skills and have good attention to detail
