Enterprise Marketing Manager
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £35'000 - £40'000 plus benefits

Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a successful IT and Telecoms business based in Hampshire. Due to continued growth within the business, our client is looking for an experienced B2B marketer who is motivated and looking to take the next step in their career.
As an Enterprise Marketing Manager you will develop, deliver and upsell campaigns to support the Enterprise business unit in line with the wider marketing plan.
Responsibilities include:

  • Participation in and responsibility for activity in the full campaign lifecycle - from brief, through to creation and delivery to support the following key objectives:
    • Identify and acquire new enterprise opportunities
    • Support prospect nurture and bid team activity
    • Identify and scale customer opportunities within existing base, working closely with account management teams to create awareness of new initiatives, increase adoption of tools and selling practices in order to scale the commercial relationship
    • Support and grow relationships with strategic partners and vendors to enhance marketing activity
    • Nurture and regularly update our chosen analysts and extended analyst community
  • Use multiple integrated channels including, but not limited to:
    • Content-led inbound marketing techniques
    • Email campaigns and newsletters
    • Utilise digital and paid activity with support from the Digital team
    • Video and webinars
    • Working with the Events Manager to facilitate Industry Events
    • Hospitality and sponsorships
  • Regular post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Liaison with key business stakeholders to coordinate approvals and follow up as required
  • Monitor UK telecoms industry trends for Enterprise buyer personas, competitive propositions and marketing programmes to inform marketing activity
  • Grow and maintain multiple stakeholder relationships at all levels


Working closely with the wider marketing team and third party companies/ agencies where required to support the delivery of the direct marketing plan

What our client is looking for:

  • At least 3 years demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful B2B lead generation marketing campaigns utilising multiple channels, ideally targeting Enterprise organisations
  • Experience working in a technology sector advantageous
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms - Salesforce and Hubspot or similar
  • Experience with digital marketing application, including Account Based activity
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent professional CIM qualification
  • Proficient user of Adobe creative suite
  • Sharepoint, Wordpress or similar CMS skills desirable
