Dynamite Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join a busy, forward-thinking client!
The Role:
Assist with the improvement of customer support for all of the business’ services.
Ensure all products and services are accurate and up to date.
Produce canned responses, templates, and conversational architecture.
Take ownership of survey campaigns and measuring customer feedback.
Reporting to senior management of findings.
Produce customer journey maps and testing new routes.
Take responsibility for full customer communications and associated processes.
Follow an audit process to help improve customer engagement.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have experience within an Engagement Management role to be considered.
Be educated to a Diploma/Degree level within Marketing/Media.
Must be proficient using all MS, Google Docs, Sheets.
Have an understanding of the WYSIWYG editor and HTML code.
