Digital, Marketing & Communications Manager
Location: Southampton
Hours: Core working hours - Mon - Fri
Salary: £35,000-£50,000 DOE  
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established business in Southampton Due to a busy period our client is looking for a Digital, Marketing & Communications Manager to join the team, you will mainly be responsible for managing, and implementing the company’s marketing materials.
As a Digital, Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Issue out and manage routine Employee Phishing Test (email test) and provide summary of findings to managers afterwards
  • Management and monitoring of Group Companies’ brochures, fact sheets, marketing literature and production for WEL, MEL, PEL and TEPE
  • Management of external IT provider for Group in coincidence with the Group Finance Director, including monthly and quarterly service review meetings, producing minutes, and the completion/management of any actions in timescales prescribed.
  • Download Group Companies Website Google Analytics and issue to Group Company MDs and Executives for analysis at the quarterly Group Strategic Board meeting
  • Manage and update Mobile phone Contract and Billing Schedule and issue to Craig at Next Communications on 1st of the month, cc Julie Walden into email
  • Management and handling day-to-day Group Fleet matters in conjunction with Group Finance Director and Chief Executive, deciding for services, inspections and repairs, MOT, and tax renewals
  • Maintenance of Group Companies’ corporate websites, including updates, tracking hits and provide feedback on areas of improvement, and ensure it reflects our products, service offerings,  values successes and is easy to navigate
  • Prepare, arrange, and issue all IT equipment for New Starters/Leavers including:
  • Ensuring laptops are ready to go with passwords set, all software correct and present and working to enable Citrix sign in
  • Mobile Phones are ready with Microsoft Authenticator App and working to enable Citrix sign in
  • Company iTunes account made
  • iPad available and working (if required)
  • All passwords are passed onto HR Manager ready for an employee Induction for Leavers, ensure all IT equipment and mobile phones are returned, all cleared down and passwords removed on mobile phones and iPads
  • Project portfolio compilation, schedule updates including RAG status, issue to Chief Executive on the 2nd Monday of every month
  • Management of external professional photographer/videography for project portfolios, social media, websites for WEL, MEL and PEL and the safe storage of USB memory stick at Monza House
  • Management, procurement and maintenance of Group employee desktop, laptop, and IT requirements in coincidence with the Group Finance Director
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) for TEPE Group and its trading companies’ profiles and the profiles for the key personnel in each business
  • Desk moves, updating office and carpark layouts and logistics management at Monza House in conjunction with Chief Executive
  • security Awareness Training – ensure training sessions have been issued to all employees and completed in a timely manner
  • Management and responsibility for updating Group IT Equipment and Mobile Phone Inventory for employees issued with Company equipment, including management, solving day to day queries and issues with all IT and Mobile Phone equipment and related matters.
  The ideal Digital, Marketing & Communications Manager will be:
  • Degree in Events Management and/or Marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability and previous experience managing projects
  • A people person
  • A passion for customer service
  • Experienced and confident using social media
  • INDesign or similar conversant
