Job Description

Customer Support / Client Liaison- Hybrid
 
Location: Portsmouth
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with a 1hr lunch break.
 
Salary: £20000.00 which will then be reviewed after a successful probation period

Our client provides a unique and very specialist service to their customers and due to huge success are now looking to expand  

As a result we are now supporting them in the recruitment for a Client / Customer Liaison Executive and Administrator
 
As a Client Liaison Executive / Customer Support you will be responsible for
 
  • Making contact with all existing clients via email and on the telephone to manage their expectations
  • To receive inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • To liaise with third parties to manage customer expectations
  • To complete Administration
  • To manage any challenges and complaints should they arise
  • To be a first point of contact for the clients and general business enquiries
 
If you pride yourself on giving exceptional customer service, have great organisational skills and can work well under pressure this position could be your next perfect move!


It's important that you have previous phone experience.

The position is largely phone based so a confident, articulate and professional manner is vital.

You'll need to be able to multi-task and communicate with a effectively.
We also ask that you have a good standard of English are a team player, with a friendly and reliable nature.

The successful candidate will be proactive with the ability to use your initiative when needed to help continue to drive the business forward
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy to handle difficult and challenging clients over the phone
  • Listens well and understands our client requirements
  • Works hard for our customers and the team
