Customer Support Manager
Location: Gosport
Salary: up to £35,000 P/A
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Customer Support Manager for an independent manufacturer based in Gosport! This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven candidate to join a fast-growing and vibrant team.

As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and motivating the Customer Support team to providing an exceptional service to all customers.
  • Ensuring all work requests are processed on to the system accurately and delivered efficiently.
  • Overseeing the stores and logistics functions and making sure all goods are shipped in accordance with company policy.
  • Working closely with internal departments to launch new products and services and promote sales.
  • Attending customer service review meetings and making sure feedback is reported and monitored for trends.
  • Monitoring the team's performance and objectives, ensuring all targets are achieved.
  • Conducting team appraisals/ performance reviews and disciplinaries when necessary.
  • Managing continuous improvement in accordance with business plans.
  • Enforcing the company guidelines including ISO 90001

The ideal Customer Support Manager:

  • Must have proven and excellent people management skills ideally within a contact/call centre environment!!
  • Must have a good understanding and knowledge of import/export of goods!!
  • Will have great leadership and relationship building skills!
  • Will have strong verbal and written communication skills!
  • Will be results-driven with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Will be PC literate and able to use Microsoft package.
