Customer Services Team Supervisor
Monday to Friday - Full Time - Permanent
£23,000 - £24,000 P/A + Full Company Benefits
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a growing company based on the outskirts of Eastleigh who is looking for a Customer Services Team Supervisor to join their business.
- Managing the support team on a day to day basis ensuring the team is meeting their KPI's and SLA's are being met.
- Conducting 1-2-1's, reviewing staffing arrangements and assisting in recruitment
- Monitoring calls and conducting quality auditing regularly.
- Booking and running regular team meetings, preparing in advance for the nature of the meeting and ensuring that minutes taken are accessible to all those in attendance.
- Coaching, training and mentoring the team on a day to day basis to encourage them to work to their full potential.
- Completing the teams rota, authorising holiday and handling sickness/absence and covering for your staff in their absence.
- Stepping in and covering for other Supervisors/Team Managers in their absence.
- Placing orders for stationary and supplement requirements and monitoring the equipment in the department to ensure it's working to it's full potential.
- Reporting in to the Customer Services Manager and attending management meetings when required.
Working core business hours, you will need to work either 8am to 4pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous team management/supervisory experience from an office or call centre/contact centre environment.
- Must be familiar with driving a team to work towards KPI's, SLA's and other daily targets.
- Will need to have a hands on approach and be prepared to lead by example and step in where required.
- Will need to be familiar with handling recruitment needs, conducting 1-2-1's and dealing with day to day people management challenges.
- Must be proactive, positive, a strong communicator and very organised!
