Customer Services Team Leader - Foods/Hospitality/F&B

Full Time - Permanent - Based in Totton

£18,000 - £20,000 P/A + Bonus & Benefits

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a growing company in the Totton area who is seeking a self-motivated, proactive Team Leader to join the team.

My client is ideally looking for someone with some sort of connection to the food/catering industry - whether you used to be a chef, you are currently a restaurant/hotel/F&B Manager or you are currently working for a catering/food specialist company in the head office we want to hear from you!

The Role:

  • Working alongside and in partnership with the existing Team Leader to offer motivation and support to the customer services team
  • Planning rotas, setting KPI's and targets and offering on-going support to the team
  • Managing the team of customer services agents, handling calls during busy periods and taking over escalated complaints
  • Working closely with and reporting in to the Sales Manager

The Hours:

This role does involve working a shift pattern and 4 days on 4 days off.

You will work 4 days of day shifts, followed by 4 days off, followed by 4 days of evening shifts and this will just continue to rotate.

A day shift would be between the hours of 8am and 6pm and an evening shift between the hours of 4pm and midnight.

Due to the evening finishes, please note that in order to be successful in your application you will need your own transport!!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have previous team leader / people management experience!
  • Must have some connection to the food/catering industry - whether you used to be a chef, you are currently a restaurant/hotel/F&B Manager or you are currently working for a catering/food supply company in the head office!
  • Must have good communication and IT skills!
  • Will need to be proactive and resilient as well self-motivated and supportive!
  • Must have your own transport!
