Full Time - Permanent - Based in Totton

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a growing company in the Totton area who is seeking a self-motivated, proactive individual to join the team as a Team Manager.

Are you currently working within B2B sales and looking for that step in to a Team Leader role?? Are you already managing a small sales team and are looking for that next step?

My client is looking for someone who has previous experience working in a B2B sales environment and has developed the necessary soft skills to step up in to a Team Manager role or someone who is currently already managing a small sales team and is looking for that step in their career!!

The Role:

  • Working alongside and in partnership with the existing Team Leaders to offer motivation and support to the customer services team
  • Planning rotas, setting KPI's and targets and offering on-going support to the team
  • Managing the team of customer services agents, handling calls during busy periods and taking over escalated complaints
  • Speaking with customers to determine their product needs and make relevant recommendations where required
  • Working to encourage the team to upsell and cross sell wherever possible when speaking with clients, teaching them various different sales techniques along the way
  • Working closely with and reporting in to the Sales Manager

The Hours:

This role does involve working a shift pattern and 4 days on 4 days off.

You will work 4 days of day shifts, followed by 4 days off, followed by 4 days of evening shifts and then another 4 days off and this will just continue to rotate.

A day shift would be between the hours of 8am and 6pm and an evening shift between the hours of 4pm and midnight.

Due to the evening finishes, please note that in order to be successful in your application you will need your own transport!!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have previous B2B sales experience with the desire to move in to a team leader position OR currently be managing a small sales team at present!! You do not need previous team leader experience however it would be beneficial!
  • Must have good communication and IT skills!
  • Will need to be proactive and resilient as well self-motivated and supportive!
  • Must have your own transport!
