Customer Services & Administrator
Temporary -10 weeks
Full Time
- 9am to 5pm week days with one late shift per week (11am to 7pm, except Fridays).
- 9am to 1pm Saturdays. Occasional cover required only
£8.25ph - £9.25 per hour
Dynamite Recruitment are working with a well known local company who due to an incredibly busy period urgently require temporary Customer Service Executive Administrators to help them with a back log of work.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Duties include:
- Processing outstanding insurance claims that have come through post and email
- Data entry
- Assisting customers via the telephone
- Answering customer and client emails promptly
- Filing / Scanning / Photo copying
- It is essential that information is input accurately to avoid errors, delays and rework
Skills required
- Fully competent with computer systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- High accuracy in data entry
- Will have previous customer service experience
- Previous administration or office experience
