Customer Services Coordinator - Fareham

£15,000 - £16,000 P/A + Full Company Benefits!

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to represent this corporate client in recruiting for a Customer Services Coordinator to join their Fareham team.

The Role:

  • Handle a variety of incoming calls answering queries and questions along the way
  • Booking, cancelling and rearranging appointments on behalf of customers
  • Speaking with third parties and internal and external customers
  • Ensure information inputted on to the system is done with high levels of accuracy and administration tasks are handled with care
  • Working towards daily SLA's and KPI's
  • Transferring calls through to other departments and responding to emails

The Hours:

The hours for this positions will vary however you will receive your rota in advance!!
You will work an average of 38.25 hours per week and they will vary across the following shifts:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm or 10:30am-7pm
  • Friday: 9am-5:30pm
  • 1 Saturday every 3 weeks: 10am-1pm

You will only work 5 out of 7 days a week, and on the week where you work a Saturday morning you will get an early finish the following week!!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will need to have some form of customer services experience from any industry including hospitality, retail, call centres, customer care and office environments
  • Will be customer focused and self-motivated to work to get calls answered and emails responded to quickly and effectively
  • Must have a good eye for detail and have basic IT skills
  • Must be a good team player and hard working!

The offices are easily accessible via car or bus!
