Vacancy Description

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to represent our client in recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Southampton. My client specialises in Financial Services and they are a market leader in their industry.
 
Full Time- Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm
£18,000-£21,000 P/A depending on experience
 
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a Financial Services background i.e. Insurance!!
 
The duties of the Customer Service Coordinator:
Supporting the Sales Consultants with their clients.
Going through the client's renewals process.
Acting as the first point of contact for all clients and handling all queries.
Produce reports for the Sales Consultants.
Keeping all information and documentation updated and correct onto the database.
Supporting the Sales Consultants with sales support duties.
Handle all admin tasks required.
 
Experience required:
Ideally, you will have around 2 years or more within a customer service/coordinating/support role
Any financial services background will be hugely desirable!
You will be speaking with high-end clients so it is essential you are a strong communicator both verbal and written
You need to be resilient and have a positive attitude!
