£22,000-£24,000 P/A- Depending on Experience!
12 Month Fixed Term Contract- Potential to go permanent!!!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a well-established and growing business Fareham. You will need to have experience in scheduling and planning with strong admin skills.
The Role:
Control and arrange all emergency callouts and maintenance jobs.
Manage your customer's contracts, booking in work when required.
Work towards KPI’s ensuring all workload has been completed.
Communicate effectively with all suppliers, customers, and colleagues internally and externally.
Deliver precise workload information to all engineers and contractors.
Log and maintain customers' queries relating to technical and service issues.
Conduct follow up calls with customers ensuring all work has been completed accordingly.
Support the engineers when needed both onsite and in the office.
Carry out other adhoc duties when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
You need to have experience working in an office environment, scheduling and planning work to be considered!
Working within a logistics, manufacturing environment is hugely desirable!
Will have strong customer service and admin skills.
Must be able to react quickly to problems.
Any experience with using SAGE will be an advantage!
