Customer Services & Administration Hybrid working 
Hybrid working; This position will allow you to work 2 days at home and 3 days in the offices 
Location :Portsmouth
Salary : £21600 plus an opportunity to earn an additional 5%

Hours :Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm  
Dynamite Recruitments are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor and Administrator to join the business at this busy and demanding time.

Our client provides a number of specialist service to customers and are growing considerably due to their success 
As a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator , you will work within a specialist department and assist customers who have issues with their Vehicles
Key duties will also include
  • You will be speaking to customers on the phone, as well as dealing with service and repair centres, body shops, and mobile repairers
  • You will book in vehicles for MOTs , Services and Repairs
  • You will take accurate information from the customer whilst processing the details onto the system
  • You will manage multiple inboxes whilst taking calls and need to be able to prioritise
  • You will be part of a team of people who look out for each other.  It can get tough juggling a busy inbox with demanding customer calls, so it is important that you are good at building strong internal relationships too.
  • You will also need to be able to take down high volumes of information quickly and accurately and manage your time effectively to chase repairs and complete tasks between calls.
  • You will arrange courtesy cars and manage cars our on hire
  • You will chase garages for updates on customers vehicles and manage any expectations and issues that may arise
  • You will complete high volumes of administration, updating spreadsheets, managing an electronic booking system , producing legal certificates and documents and updating client records with accuracy

The ideal Customer Service Advisor / Administrator will have / be
  • Previous experience of managing customers on the telephone ideally
  • Will have the ability to multitask
  • Will be well organised
  • Will have the ability to take down information quickly and with accuracy
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Will have excellent attention to detail
  • Will have good administration skills
  • Will enjoy being busy
