Customer Services and Administration
Salary - £9.00 - £10.25 per hour 
Hours - Monday to Friday - Full Time working between core hours between 8am and 6pm
Location – Southampton, Segensworth
This is a temporary position to start Immediately and until September 2020
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for world-leading manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to support their business immediately
This is to support a team with a busy period and will require someone with a flexible “can do” attitude to support with general Customer Services and Administration
The key responsibilities are below
  • Assist with the answering of the telephone , assisting customers with their general enquiries
  • Responding professionally to company emails
  • Processing of customers information using the internal computer system
  • General administration
  • Responding professionally to emails 
  • Updating client information , typing , filing faxing and scanning 
  • Working to deadlines
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Will need to be confident and professional on the telephone
  • Will require good IT skills and good data entry skills and experience
  • Will have excellent customer service skills
  • Will be available Immediately
This role will start asap therefore no notice is required due to the urgency of the position
