Job Description

Dynamite Recruitment is working with a corporate client who is currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team in Fareham.
Full Time, Permanent – Core Business Hours
££25,000-£35,000 P/A- Depending on experience

The duties of the Customer Service Team Leader:
Leading a team of both Administrators and Customer Services
Carrying out 121’s, guiding and training individuals
Ensure all SLA’s are carried out with the highest performance from the team
Support the Manager with day to day duties
Act as a senior team member and handle complaints as well as monitoring all workloads
Other ad-hoc duties may be required.
Experience needed:
Ideally, you would have experience working in a large team within administration/customer service or telesales
Be flexible, adaptable and have the willingness to learn/progress
Be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft packages
Proven ability in coaching, mentoring, and training
