Customer Support Executive

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £16000 - £18000 dependant on experience

Hours of work: 8.000am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Due to huge success our client is looking to grow the business and as a result is now looking for an individual to support within the web sales team as a Customer Service Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you would be responsible for working as part of a small team to assist online customers.

Our client provides a face to face service as well as drive business through their website

You will complete the following tasks

  • Assist customers with online enquiries via email and live chat
  • Provide customers with an outstanding service at all times
  • Respond professionally to emailed enquiries, refer customers to relevant departments, assist with refund and stock related needs
  • Place orders and ensure that online orders are processed successfully
  • Assist customers via the telephone
  • Complete general office administration
  • Refer and sales leads to the relevant sales department
  • Assist with the eBay store and all-round enquiries

The ideal candidate will have

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Will have good administration skills
  • Will be competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Will ideally have an interest within Websales / Ebay sales / SEO
  • Will be flexible, willing to learn and have a can-do attitude
