Customer Service Executive _ IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE


Location: Chichester
You will have the opportunity to use the company bus service from Chichester train station - covers all shifts


Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week

Shift rota's between 07:45am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday

Weekends may be required on an occasional basis , therefore flexibility to be able to support where necessary


Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established and unique service provider based in the Chichester area.


Our client provide a specialist service to their customers and due to a busy period our client are now looking to recruit temporary customer service advisors to join the business immediately on a temporary ongoing basis.

We are looking for individuals to start in June and work with the business until September

As a Customer Service Advisor you will responsible for working within a specialist department as a helpdesk adviser . You will take calls from customers who require immediate support and will need to assist them as best as you possibly can.

You will deal with a wide variety of calls and customers and therefore need to be very adaptable whilst being able to provide an outstanding service to the customer


As a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to

  • Providing first class customer service when dealing with incoming calls and emails from a variety of customers
  • Demonstrate your ability to show empathy and be compassionate towards customers in stressful and potentially upsetting situations.
  • Coordinate with third parties to ensure the customer is fully supported.
  • Take accurate information from your customer to establish the level of urgency required
  • Process highly confidential and accurate information onto the internal system
  • Complete administration to support the above
  • Work efficiently and effectively at all times.



The Candidate will have

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service at all times
  • Previous experience of working with the general public in some form
  • Be computer literate and have strong attention to detail
  • Will be available to start in June and commit until September
