Customer Service Specialist

Location: Segensworth / Whiteley

Salary: £20,000 plus you will have the ability to earn between £100.00 and £300.00 per month for meeting KPI's (not sales related )

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well established ,award winning business based in Hampshire . Our client are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their specialist aftercare team.

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer services via the telephone and email on a daily basis

This is an ideal position for someone looking to further their career in Customer Service within a vibrant office environment.

Main responsibilities will include the following

  • Provide an excellent service to existing customers by telephone, email and web chat
  • Respond promptly to customer queries ensuring customer's expectations are always met
  • Handle and resolve a variety of enquiries
    Provide advice and guidance where possible to support in managing their enquiry
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with existing customers
  • Liaising with third parties to coordinating between them and with the customer to manage activity
  • Building and managing internal relationships with other teams and departments.
  • Manage warranty and repairs


The ideal candidate will have

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused and passionate about going the extra mile
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
