Customer Service Manager
Flexibility: You will have the opportunity to work within the office as well as remotely
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £25000-£30000 plus fantastic benefits and an opportunity to make this position your own
Hours: 40 hours a week flexible between hours of 8 to 5. For example, 9 to 5 or 8 to 4 or 8:30 to 4:30. Flexibility is offered on working hours as long as your full-time hours are met.

Due to growth, they are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join a very successful team and drive the business forward.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coaching and development of your small team of Customer Service Administrators, always ensuring the consistent delivery of first-class customer service.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • To be part of a small management team ensuring that the customer is always priority.
  • Lead and develop staff members to ensure excellent Customer Service.
  • Overall responsibility of customer orders, invoices, deliveries, and payments.
  • Cover for the Customer Service Administrators when they are on holiday.
  • To be key contact for third party logistical partners to ensure best service is maintained.
  • To assist with any escalations, challenging customer or logistical situations allowing team to focus on day-to-day processes.
  • Make suggestions on how to slimline processes if necessary.
  • To build and maintain excellent relationships with customers orders and buying teams.
  • To support the sales team at external trade shows and have the opportunity to meet key customers to understand their operations.
