Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to represent this corporate client in recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Fareham office

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for
- Handle a variety of customer enquiries via email and on the telephone
- To make outbound calls to customers to book in appointments (no seling)
- Booking, canceling and rearranging appointments on behalf of customers
- Speaking with third parties and internal and external customers
- Complaint handling should this arise
- Ensure information inputted on to the system is done with high levels of accuracy and administration tasks are handled with care
As a Customer Service Advisor you should / would be/have
- Previous customer service experience of some form,
- Will be customer focused and be able to demonstrate where they have provided a good service before
- Will be computer literate
- Will have a “can do “ attitude and be willing to learn
- Must have a good eye for detail and have good IT skills
- Will be available to start Immediately
