Customer Service Executive - IMMEDIATE START

Start date: Immediate start requirement

Salary: £7.75 -£8.25 per hour

Location: Whiteley

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Flexibility will possibly be required to work 40 hours a week between 7.30am and 9pm on a shift basis , adhoc weekends may be required on a rota basis should you move to an alternative department

Duration: Up to12 weeks although may increase to permanent for the right person should this be an option for you

Our client provide a specialist insurance related service and are currently recruiting customer service advisers to start immediately.

Due to growth our client is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to help with smooth processing insurance claims and join their team immediately therefore notice sadly cannot be accommodated.

As a Customer Service advisor you will be responsible for assisting the call centre with specialist notifications. You will make calls to insurance companies to confirm customer's insurance policy information. Once this has been completed and details confirmed you will provide the relevant information to further departments.

Duties will include:

  • Working within an open planned contact centre /office environment
  • Make calls to insurance companies to establish relevant details
    You will liaise with customers via the telephone and email where necessary
  • Input details onto the internal system

The Ideal Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience - ideally telephone based
  • Will have good data entry skills
  • Will be professional and have good communication skills
  • Will be Pc literate and be competent in using Microsoft
    Will be available to start immediately
