Customer Service Executive– 12 months FTC / Hybrid
Location: Finsbury London, EC2
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Fantastic hours of – 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday, no bank holidays
Contract Length: 12 months minimum

Due to internal movements our client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive / BtoB Account Manager
You will join us on a fixed term contract for a minimum of a year, in return for a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus many other benefits.  
The role is onsite and there is an opportunity to work from home 1 or 2 days a week once training has been completed.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for
  • Assisting clients via email and on the telephone with their enquiries - BtoB
  • Working closely with the senior account management team to support with large client accounts
  • Placing orders, and managing requests from start to finish
  • Working to a first contact resolution ethos, ensuring your customer experiences a first-class service
  • Handling customer escalations, seeing them through to conclusion
  • Completing general administration
The ideal Customer Service Executive / Account Manager will have/be:
  • Good customer service skills and experience
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Will have the ability to liaise with various stakeholders at all levels
  • Will ideally have dealt with clients via email and on the telephone (BToB)
  • Will be flexible to commit to a 12-month Fixed term contract
