Customer Service Executive
 
Location: Hybrid , this position will require you to work 4 days from home and one day in the office which is based in the Segensworth / Whitely offices
 
Salary: £20,000 plus opportunity to earn a £4,000 annual performance bonus – this is paid monthly

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Our client is expanding due to huge success and as a result are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their business
 
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for :
  • The first hour of your day will be filled with coaching, training, team buzz sessions and fun…
  • Responding promptly to customer queries via the phone, working to a first contact resolution ethos, ensuring the customers' expectations are always met 
  • Handling and resolving customer queries via the telephone , these queries will vary
  • Handling customer Enquiries via email with professionalism
  • Supporting the customer from the initial enquiry through to the completion
  • Handling customer escalations and complaints , seeing them through to conclusion 
  • To liaise third parties to manage customer needs and support with enquiries
  • To complete administration to support with the above , including maintain the internal database , processing orders and managing enquiries , typing and sending of documentation ect
The ideal Customer Service Executive will have /be
  • Good communication skills and experience
  • Good customer service skills and experience
  • Good telephone experience
  • Have a can-do attitude and pride themselves on going the extra mile for a customer
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have good written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and experience
