Customer Service Executive

: Southampton

Salary: £20000

Hour : Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 5pm

Start date:
 This will require someone to start immediately 

Duration : This is a temporary to permanent position Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a leading logistics client based in Southampton  Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join the business asap on an ongoing basis and support within a specialist department 

As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for the following : Role and responsibilities include:
  • Assisting customers via email and on the telephone with the enquiries
  • Managing customers expectations from start to finish
  • Liaising with third parties to manage the orders and transportation of goods
  • Complaint management where required
  • Processing general transport documentation using the internal system 
  • Processing requests foe deliveries 
  • Updating the internal system with client information 
  • Uploading PODs 
  • Sending PODs
  • Typing and responding to emails 
  • producing reports using excel
  • General all round administration 
  • Liaising with third parties and customers where necessary via email and on the telephone 
  • Booking in work to be completed 
The ideal Customer Service Executive will have /be:
  • Good customer skills and experience
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good administration skills 
  • Be competent in using Microsoft office 
  • Will be available asap 
  • Will have a can do attitude and be adaptable to change
