Customer Service Executive
Location : Portsmouth
Salary: £24000 -£30000 dependent on experience
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm / 9am to 6pm
Dynamite recruitment is working with a very well established business who are based in the Portsmouth area
Due to huge success our client is now looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive / Customer service specialist to join the business asap
As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for
- Liaise with customers via email and on the telephone to
- To assist customers with enquiries from booking consignments through to confirmation of delivery
- Liaise with other site to manage the transportation of good
- To follow up on late and missing deliveries
- To manage the transportation of goods , drivers , route plan
- Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner via email and the telephone
- Managing POD's
- Full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, scanning updating the internal data management system.
- Handle queries and complaints in a professional nature in line with companies procedures
- Enhance the customer journey and experience
The ideal Customer Service Specialist will have / be
- The ideal candidate will have
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Have previous, experience in assisting customers from the initial enquiry through to completion
- Good administration skills and experience
- Be fully competent in using Microsoft office
- Be well organised and able to multitask
- Will be able to Prioritise
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional and polite “can do” attitude
