Customer Services Representative
Location: Totton
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm 
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 P/A + Bonus and Benefits 
Our client is a very well-established company based in Totton who is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join their busy and customer focused team as a Customer Services Representative.  
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Handling incoming calls from existing clients, up selling and cross selling products and discussing any ongoing promotions
  • Handling incoming calls from customers, answering general questions and queries
  • Maximising client orders and accounts by recommending additional or alternative items.
  • Processing customer orders over the phone and from web or fax orders
  • Speaking to customers over the phone regarding their product orders, queries, general enquiries, and any after sales care they may need.
  • Managing existing client accounts and relationships
  • Raising invoices and maintaining the in-house system
  • General office administration in a fast-paced working environment 
  • Process customer orders from a regular customer base.
The Ideal Customer Service Executive will have/be:
  • Must have previous office-based customer services or sales admin/coordination experience.
  • Will have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Must have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
  • Will have a customer focused attitude.
  • Will need to be able to work well within a team.
