Customer Service Executive
Location - Segensworth
Hours of work : 8.30am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday
£19,000 pro rata
Mon - Fri 9-5
Temporary maternity cover until September
Dynamite Recruitment is working with a fast growing and hugely successful independent business based in the Segensworth and Fareham area and due to growth within the business our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their sales team immediately.
As a Customer Service Executive your key duties will include the following:
- Being the first point of call for incoming sales and general enquiries over the phone.
- Monitoring and responding to multiple busy inboxes
- Updating clients on order progress and products
- Sales administration
- When needed, make calls out to potential customers to established if there may be a need in specialist products and services
- Make outbound calls to customers to make sure they are happy with service received
The ideal candidate will require the following
- Excellent customer services is required
- Proven telephone customer service experience
- professional and mature telephone manner
- Will need to be adaptable to change
- Will need to be computer literate.
