Customer Service Specialist
Salary - £20,000
Location - Whiteley
Hour of work - Between 8.30am -5.30pm

Due to huge success our client are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Specialist to join their account management team. Your key responsibility is to offer an exceptional level of service to the business's customers ensuring that every communication is a both a professional and positive experience

  • Provide an excellent service to existing customers by telephone, email and web chat
  • Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer queries ensuring customers are always called back within the stated timescales
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant information ahead of concluding a resolution
  • Provide advice and guidance on the company's products and services
  • Manage and process warranty and repairs
  • Manage customer's accounts to ensure optimum efficiency
  • Build and retain customer loyalty through exceptional customer service
  • Acting as the key 'middle man' coordinating with the customer, the mobile network, our suppliers, couriers and internal department



The ideal candidate:

  • Must have excellent customer skills and experience
  • Will be able to demonstrate going the extra mile for a customer previously
  • Will have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Will be driven, results orientated
  • Must be able to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
  • Will be customer focused and passionate about service
  • Will have excellent telephone manner including listening skills
  • Will have strong problem-solving skills
  • Will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy both written and verbal
  • Will be adaptable and self-motivated
