Customer Service Executive
Fareham
£18,000 - £20,000
40 hours per week shift work (Monday-Saturday)

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Assistant join one of our respected clients based in the Fareham area in their telematics motor insurance team.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for sales and all aspects of customer service, you will be ensuring that new and existing customers understand fully their policy and the value of which they receive. You will also contribute to ensuring that sales and retention targets are met whilst liaising with business partners to see through customer queries from application through to completion

*** No cold calling required in this role ***

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • To Receive a high volume of calls from clients
  • To assist customers with their immediate requirements via email and on the phone.
  • To make amendments to customer policies as requested
  • To deal with general customer requests that are received by phone
  • Dealing with customer emails
  • Customer complaints handling
  • Contribute to the achievement of team and business targets
  • Reviewing and actioning reviewer reports



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have previously worked within a position where you have received a high volume of calls / worked within a call centre environment
  • Basic knowledge of insurance principles and products
  • Must have great communication skills and telephone manor
  • Strong administrative skills, whilst being fluent with Microsoft word and outlook
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Results driven and pride within
  • Will be able to work to deadlines and remain positive under pressure
  • Must be professional, with pride in their work.
