Service Coordinator / Scheduler
 
Salary ; £20000-£20300
 
Location : Portsmouth
 
Duration : This is a Temporary to Permanent position to start Immediately
 
Hours of work : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch  / Full Time
 
Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an extremely busy and  well known company in their search for an organised and responsible Service Coordinator join their expanding team.
 
As a Service Coordinator / Scheduler you will be responsible for the following :
 
  • To receive requests from a client for work to be completed
  • To raise requests for work to be completed using the internal system
  • To liaise with this parties to book in appointments and manage diaries
  • To contact third parties regarding materials, orders and deliveries to keep them informed and updated as to progress when there is a change to delivery expectation.
  • To provide excellent customer services , receive calls and manage expectations , take accurate messages
  • To provide administrative support including data processing, maintenance of department records
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
  • To work to agreed timeframes and deadlines
 
The ideal candidate will have :
 
  • Will have previous telephone customer service skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent administration/data inputting skills
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Problem solving ability
  • Excellent organisational/time management skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
