Travel Assistance Advisors - Night Shifts
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Hours: 7 nights on 7 days off, 12 hour shifts (8pm - 8am) (Night Shift)
Salary: £18,000 per annum + excellent Benefits + language allowance if necessary

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be representing this internationally leading company with a strong presence in the local area who are currently seeking an experienced telephone based Customer Service Coordinator to join their successful out of hours team.
This role requires candidates with an excellent telephone manner and a drive to put customers first, providing great levels of service when dealing with incoming enquiries.
Main duties will include assisting customers that need assistance whilst travelling overseas, answering any questions or queries, and resolving the call as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Superb training will be provided, but in order to apply you must have proven customer service experience from a previous role. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with call centre/telephone based customer service experience gained from within a banking, insurance, mortgage or other financial services discipline. More important however, is an proven ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
