Customer Service Coordinator
Location : Portsmouth
Duration : This is a Temporary to Permanent position to start Immediately
Hours of work : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch / Full Time
Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an extremely busy and well known company in their search for an organised and responsible Customer Service Executive / Service Coordinator join their expanding team.
As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
- Receive calls from trade operatives.
- Placing material orders through the system.
- Work closely with the Accounts Team to create weekly reports, gain authorisation from mangers for payments, input invoices.
- Resolve any queries/issues.
- Assist with general enquiries via email and on the telephone
- complete all round administration , upload data , data process , type and send emails and documents
- Manage diaries and book in appointments
The ideal candidate will have:
- Will have previous telephone customer service skills and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent administration/data inputting skills
- Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Problem solving ability
- Excellent organisational/time management skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy at all times
- Ability to work under pressure
