Dynamite Recruitment are working with a well established security business who are rapidly growing. They are seeking motivated professionals to join their growing team.
They are now seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to work from their Cardiff office.
You will be working on the Customer Service , Scheduling desk taking call out requests from customers and dealing with technicians when allocating these call outs.
We are looking for someone who has been in a customer focused position before and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Taking calls from customers to arrange emergency call outs
- Calling customers proactively to arrange servicing
- Liaising with engineers queries, scheduling their diaries
- Escalating services to repairs team
- Relevant administration
- Keeping up all parties up to date at all times
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will have/be:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Communication skills.
- Scheduling experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Previously worked within a customer focused position.
