Customer Service Coordinator - B2B - Lovely Products!

£20,000 - £21,000 (experience depending) + Benefits

Full Time - Permanent - Core Business Hours with an early finish every other Friday!!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a fantastic UK leading product business based in Gosport.

The Role:

  • Supporting the field sales team, agents and accounts managers out on the road and reporting in to the Customer Services Manager
  • Taking ownership of key individual customer accounts, prioritising queries and orders and taking ownership of ongoing issues
  • Managing all export orders, taking orders over the phone and via email and ensuring all orders processes are accurate
  • Seeing opportunities to maximise sales orders and up selling/cross selling wherever possible
  • Liaising with various other departments in the business including credit control, warehouse and the supply chain department to make sure you have an up to date idea of what stock is available and when etc.
  • Resolving customer queries, handle any issues or complaints and adhere to client service level agreements
  • Handling adhoc administration duties, customer filing and incoming post.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have previous experience working in a B2B office environment dealing with products and/or key or national customers
  • Must have previous customer service and administration experience including order processing and data entry
  • Will need to be a strong communicator and have excellent attention to detail
  • Any experience / knowledge of supply chain requirements with supermarket chains, high street retailers, independent retailers or boutique stores would be a huge advantage
  • Will need to be able to liaise with clients via phone, email, fax and letters
  • Must have good IT and computer skills and be very proactive and most importantly, a team player!
