Customer Service Consultant
Part remote/Part office based
Upselling and Cross Selling will be required!
Location: Bristol
Salary: £20,500
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Mon to Friday between 9am – 6pm and then 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am until 1pm.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Manage customer enquiries always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organising your workload to ensure you are using your time efficiently.
- Meeting quality and accuracy targets.
- Remaining efficient through your excellent negotiation skills and using varying communication channels.
- Cross sell and upsell on insurance products.
- Contribute to business concerns and solutions to improve.
- Ensure you are adhering to all company processes and policies.
- Provide customers with accurate and relevant information/advice so that they can make an informed decision.
- Escalating any issues that arise.
The ideal Customer Service Consultant will have/be:
- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Thrives off working within a target driven environment.
- Can proactively work within a team and individually.
- Effectively prioritise workload and is confident working under pressure.
- Enjoy working to targets and closing sales.
