Customer Service complaints - IMMEDIATE START
Salary: £8.50 - £9.00 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 pm
Duration: This will be a temporary position to start Immediately and can confirm that cover for 4-6 weeks
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a hugely successful business based in Hampshire, Due to huge success our client is extremely busy and needs some support within one of their teams immediately
They have a specialist complaints team who professionally manage escalations on a daily basis. This will be from the initial complaint being made through to thorough investigation , liaising internally and in some cases the financial ombudsman .
They are looking for additional support within the team to assist them with basic tasks
As a support to the complaints team you will be responsible for
- Work as part of a specialist department to assist with all round tasks
- Speaking with customers at the initial stage of a complaint to act as a gatekeeper and update customers
- To manage the internal inbox and respond to customers emails
- Use a specialist database to input confidential data
- Scanning filing and faxing
- Liaise with internal and external contacts where necessary
The ideal candidate will have...
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Will ideally have complaints experience
- Will be computer literate
- Will have good communication skills
- Will be process driven and self-motivated
- Will have the ability to work to deadlines
- Will be available to start immediately and commit to at least 4-6 weeks
