Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for a Building Supplies Specialist based in Chandlers Ford.
Full Time- Permanent - £18,000-£19,000 P/A

The duties of the Customer Service Assistant will be:
- Assisting with customers and taking their order, communicating both over the phone and face to face
- Advising customers on products and other services
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering stock and merchandising the branch
- Supporting the sales team, handling incoming calls when needed
- Handling any other customer enquiries when required
- Completing adhoc admin duties when needed
The branch is open Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. You will need to be flexible to work between these hours and you will work the occasional Saturday morning on a rota basis.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in the following:
- Solid customer service experience preferably face to face interaction.
- If you have any knowledge or experience of working with building materials, this would be a huge advantage!
- Strong IT skills.
- You will need to be confident when talking to customers and have the ability to upsell and cross sell when needed.
