Customer Acquisition 
£18,000 - £22,000

Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Cheshire for Customer Service Agents to join the team at this exciting time of growth.

The role of the Customer Acquisition Agent is to support the customer and ensure they are making the right decision overall. You will go through all the financial and legal implications. 

This role will be home based until at least April 2021, working hours are 37.5 hours across Monday to Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sundays 10am-4pm

You will:
- Have experience in working in a fast paced, changing environment
- Have ideally worked in a regulatory environment and understand Treating the Customer Fairly
- Have outstanding communication skills – they need to be able to use conversational and questioning techniques and be skilled in non-verbal communication too in order to support the customer through the process
- Be able to develop themselves and make suggestions about improving the way we do business
- Be a team player and want to achieve results that benefit our customers, our broker network and the business
- Have excellent attention to detail
