Customer Service Advisor  - Hybrid
 
Location: Chichester, although once you are fully trained you will be offered the opportunity to work hybrid
 
Salary : £21,500 - rising to £26500

Hours : Monday – Friday 37.5 Shifts between 7:45am – 8:15pm
Must be able to work 1 in 3 Saturdays

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Handling new and existing customer enquiries
  • Prioritizing critical tasks
  • Creating, assessing, and covering outpatient assistance cases under set criteria
  • Creating and evaluating claims that require invoice payment
  • Establishing and entering accurate financial information on to case management system
  • Making payments to customers and suppliers within set criteria
 
 
Ideally as a Customer Service Advisor you will have:   
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and be a strong team player
  • Will have previous experience of managing customers on the telephone 
  • Be self-motivated
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to work on own initiative and take ownership
  • Empathy and listening skills
