Job Description

Dynamite Recruitment is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Claims Handler to join our client based in Wickham! Our client, who specialises in the Financial Services Industry, is keen to speak with candidates who have previous Customer Service experience and looking for their next step up in their career. 
Salary is £20,000- £25,000 base salary - Depending on experience

The duties of the role:
* Handle general customer enquiries relating to their insurance policies 
* Process any mid-term adjustments and renewals administration
* Cross-sell other areas of the business to customers when needed
* Processing customer's claims and assisting with any queries they may have 
* Produce reports and complete all admin-related tasks 
 
Experience needed:
* Previous experience working in a similar Claims Handler/Customer Service Advisor role within the financial services industry will be a huge advantage. Other office-based experience will also be considered- full training is provided
* Must be a strong communicator both written and verbal & with strong PC skills
* Ability to take initiative and take on new challenges 
* Remains customer focused and delivers high-quality customer service
