Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to represent an exciting and vibrant company in recruiting some Customer Services Advisors to join their team in Andover. This is a two-stage interview and both will be held via Microsoft Teams.
Handle a variety of incoming calls, face to face enquiries, emails, and web-chat
Responding to all customer enquiries and questions
Ensure the customer's database is updated correctly
Process returns and communicate with the customers effectively, managing their expectations
Work collectively as a team making sure all customers receive a high level of service
Communicate with internal departments when needed
Carry out adhoc duties which may be requested when needed
Whilst in training your hours will be Monday to Friday core business hours however this will change and you need to be flexible to work 8am to 8pm 5 out of 7 days per week, this will include weekend work on a rota basis.
The Ideal Candidate:
You must have office-based customer service experience to be considered for this role!
You will need to have a solid knowledge of using all Microsoft packages, especially Excel!!
You must be a team player, everyone pitches in to help!
You must actively listen and be proactive, using your own initiative
