Travel Insurance Claims
Location: Christchurch - they offer a free bus service from central Bournemouth to the site every day !
To be considered for this position you must be able to start MONDAY 9TH  MARCH!!
1 months work
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm
Salary: £9.00 per hour

  • Your duties will include
  • Receive in-coming correspondence and calls from customers who want to process a claim
  • Taking accurate messages which can be passed to the relevant departments
  • Starting the claims application with the customer on the telephone
  • Ensure all relevant information is captured and updated on the system for each customer
  • Input data to our claims management system
Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience of working in customer services is required
  • An ability to stay calm, confident and focussed while handling high numbers of incoming calls
  • The ability to reassure others and display high levels of empathy
  • Will have good administrative skills and experience
  • High levels of attention to detail
