Call Handler / Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £17,500 per annum + benefits
Full Time Permanent
Monday to Friday : 9.00am to 5.00pm
Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well established business based in the Basingstoke area of Hampshire.
You will be responsible for assisting your customers via the telephone with their enquiries. You will take information and log the details accurately onto the internal system and be focused on customer service at all times.
As a call handler you will be responsible for :
- Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from customers
- Imputting data onto the CRM system
- Updating systems accurately
- Demonstrating a high level of customer service
Experience & skills :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service
- Good telephone manner
It is not essential that you have call handler experience however experience in a customer service role is desirable. If you have worked in retail, hospitality or customer service this would be a fantastic opportunity for you with full training and further progression.
