Customer Service Advisor- Southampton
£16,000-£17,000 P/A Basic + Bonus'
Full Time- Permanent-
Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 6:00pm
Will act as main customers point of contact for
Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
Handling invoice goods and raising credits and refunds
Processing all payments
Up-sell products and services
Keeping up to date with all product knowledge
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Taking orders over the phone, dealing with account queries, or other product and service queries
Assisting customers in store when needed and helping them with their purchase
The Ideal Candidate:
Will have any experience within customer services i.e hospitality and retail
Will have basic computer skills, Microsoft Office,Excel and Word
Must be able to work as part of a team
Will have good literacy and numerical skills
Will have strong communication skills
