Customer Services Advisor - Remote opportunities once fully trained 
 
Salary : £23000- £23250
 
Start date : October 2022
 
Location: Chandlers ford – You will need to be office based for 3 months for training however thereafter there will be an opportunity to work from home thereafter
 
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
 
Dynamite recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK’s most successful businesses .Our clients have multiple sites across the Uk and due to expansion, they are now looking to increase the Customer Service team at their Chandlers Ford site
 
As a Customer Service advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
 
  • To answer calls from customers to assist them with their enquiries whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • To investigate, record and resolve customer enquiries or complaints
  • To receive and assist calls from internal departments and third parties – to manage customers expectations
  • To manage accounts for (both residential and commercial), updating and maintaining customer information by entering relevant / required information into the systems
  • Take responsibility for timely resolution of any complaints that are raised
  • Responsible for setting up payments plans and payments agreements with customers who have an outstanding balance who are unable to make the appropriate payments
  • Process credits and payments to accounts
  • Process updates to customer account
  • To complete administration to support with the above
  • To escalate any complaints where you are unable to assist to a specialist complaints team
 
The ideal customer Service Advisor will have
 
  • Experience of helping customers on the telephones
  • Will pride themselves on going the extra mile for a customer
  • Previous call centre experience would be an advantage
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to verbal communication with confidence
  • Excellent standard of written English and experience of drafting letters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deal with difficult situations and conversations, and show empathy  
  • Active listener who can understand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service
